Question 1

What kind of companies do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Mid-sized companies running enterprise systems: an ERP such as Oracle E-Business Suite, a CRM, warehouse and financial systems, and the integrations between them. We usually work with the CIO, CFO, or head of IT, and with the team that runs the systems.

Question 2

Do you only work with Oracle EBS?

Accepted Answer

No. EBS is where Moran Solutions has the longest history, but integration architecture covers whatever systems you run: other ERPs, CRMs, warehouse systems, banks, payroll, reporting, and the custom pieces in between.

Question 3

How long does an engagement take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. An assessment typically takes a few weeks. Larger work is phased, and the first phase is sized to deliver something you can use. We give an estimate after the first conversation.

Question 4

How do you approach AI?

Accepted Answer

Data first. AI on top of disconnected or ungoverned systems produces unreliable answers. The first step is getting data connected, governed, and accessible; then AI tools are applied where they save time. Where a report would solve the problem, the recommendation is a report.

Question 5

How does an engagement start?

Accepted Answer

With a conversation about the systems you run and what is getting in the way. If it is a fit, the next step is usually a short assessment with a written result you can act on.
